99.99% of the times when people in authoritative positions are pretending to be professionally negotiating with you and shamelessly keep thrusting their “take it or leave it” mission statements, they are not valuing you for who you are and what you are capable of bringing on the table, they are mercilessly exploiting you. And not only this, they are demeaning, degrading and belittling your stature of being a professional. Never ever give in to such hypocrisies, whatever the cost. Because in the end, these kind of compromises will affect you, not these gloating parasites.
